Taiwan Simulates Mobile Internet Blackout to Prepare for War and Disasters
Taiwan will throttle mobile internet speeds across central and northern regions in August to simulate network disruptions from conflict or disasters, marking the first such exercise as the island strengthens civil defence preparations.
