Vietnamese police dismantle transnational cyber-fraud ring that swindled RM39.2 million from 500 victims
Vietnamese police have dismantled a transnational cyber-fraud operation based in Cambodia that defrauded over 500 victims of RM39.2 million. Twelve suspects have been arrested, with ringleaders identified as Nguyen Van Cuong and Nguyen Van Phuong.
