Singapore's Chief Justice and former top civil servant honoured with republic's highest civilian award
Singapore's Chief Justice Sundaresh Menon and former Council of Presidential Advisers chairman Eddie Teo have been awarded the Order of Temasek (With Distinction), the nation's highest civilian honour, for their decades of service.
