Laos Nets 261 Foreign Nationals in Major Telecommunications Fraud Sweep
Laotian authorities have detained 261 foreign nationals in a major raid on a telecommunications fraud and online gambling operation in Vientiane's Thatluang Lake Special Economic Zone, seizing hundreds of computers and thousands of mobile phones.
