Ajinomoto Malaysia's Parent Company Proposes RM603.4 Million Privatisation Deal
Japan's Ajinomoto Co Inc, which holds a 50.38% stake in Ajinomoto (Malaysia) Bhd, is moving to acquire full ownership through privatisation and delisting from Bursa Malaysia, offering minority shareholders RM20 per share.
