Negeri Sembilan Strips Rais Yatim of State Honours
The Yang Dipertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan has revoked two prestigious state awards previously conferred on Tan Sri Dr Mohd Rais Yatim, citing the need to preserve the honour and sanctity of the royal institution.
