Singapore Airlines flight to New York returns to Changi after technical malfunction
A Singapore Airlines ultra-long-range flight to New York returned to Changi Airport shortly after take-off on August 12 due to a technical issue. The 133 passengers and 17 crew were transferred to a replacement aircraft, which departed several hours later.
