JPJ To Summon Motorcyclists Without Helmets During Johor Campaign, Regardless of Party
Malaysia's Transport Ministry has directed the Road Transport Department to summon motorcyclists caught without helmets during the Johor state election campaign, based on viral evidence. The enforcement will apply equally to all political parties.
