Freedom of Information Bill Advances to Parliamentary Select Committee for Detailed Review
Malaysia's government will refer the Freedom of Information Bill 2026 to a Parliamentary Select Committee, allowing MPs and stakeholders greater opportunity to examine the landmark transparency legislation before final passage.
