Tong Herr shareholders move to take company private at RM2.55 per share
Controlling shareholders of Tong Herr, collectively holding 74.5% of the company, have proposed taking the stainless steel fastener manufacturer private at RM2.55 per share, representing a 34.2% premium to recent market prices.
