Cabinet Approves Road Safety Reforms: Court-Ordered Compensation For Accident Victims
Malaysia's Cabinet has endorsed proposed amendments to the Road Transport Act 1987 that would allow courts to impose court-ordered compensation to road accident victims or their families as a supplementary penalty alongside existing punishments.
