Penang's MAINPP Invests RM2 Million in Student Academic Support Programme for 7,403 Bumiputera Learners
The Penang State Islamic Religious Council has committed RM2 million towards the Mutiara Didik Cemerlang Akademik programme, extending educational support to over 7,400 Bumiputera students through structured tuition and academic development across 109 schools.
