Semiconductor Industry Leader David Lacey Appointed as UK Honorary Consul in Penang
Dr David Lacey, chairman of the Semiconductor Fabrication Association of Malaysia and a prominent figure in the technology sector, has been appointed as the new British Honorary Consul in Penang, taking over from Datuk Robert Hawkins.
