Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet has urged Thailand to appoint a Joint Boundary Commission chief and accelerate border demarcation efforts, following a brief diplomatic encounter with Thai counterpart Anutin Charnvirakul at an Asean-Russia event in Kazan.
