Luang Namtha declares disaster zone as flash floods devastate Laos-China border region
Luang Namtha province in northern Laos has been declared a disaster zone following severe flash floods that swept through the Laos-China border crossing at Boten, submerging villages, farmland and infrastructure across more than 30 communities.
