Russian arrested at Phuket Airport with 17.6kg of cannabis in luggage
A 30-year-old Russian man was arrested at Phuket International Airport after customs officers discovered 17.6 kilograms of cannabis concealed in two suitcases he was attempting to transport out of Thailand.
