Man Accused of Killing Actor James Handy Declared Unfit to Stand Trial
A Los Angeles judge has determined that Michael Gledhill, 44, charged with murdering veteran character actor James Handy, 81, is mentally incompetent to face trial. Psychiatric assessments found him unable to understand proceedings or aid his defence.
