Super Micro Taiwan Staff Held in AI Server Export Investigation
Super Micro Computer reported that two employees at its Taiwan subsidiary have been detained pending court proceedings, while two others were released on bail, as part of a Taiwanese prosecution investigation into the suspected unlawful export of sophisticated AI servers equipped with Nvidia chips.
