NPE Issues RM54mil Sustainability-Linked Sukuk for NPE2, World's First for Highway Project
National-owned expressway operator NPE has issued RM54 million in sustainability-linked Islamic bonds to fund the NPE2 highway project, marking the first such financing structure globally for a road infrastructure scheme.
