Former Singapore Air Force Chief Fined S$5,000 for Hitting Woman With Stroller
A retired Singapore Air Force chief has been fined S$5,000 and banned from driving for five years after his vehicle struck a woman pushing a stroller at a pedestrian crossing in 2024, injuring both the adult and the young child.
