Service Tax Exemption on Non-residential Buildings to Take Effect July 2026
Malaysia will exempt Service Tax on service charges and sinking fund contributions for non-residential buildings starting July 1, 2026, reducing operational costs for property managers, owners, and occupiers across the sector.
