Perlis Mufti Dr Maza Wins RM250,000 Defamation Award Over GISBH Claims
A High Court judge has ruled that defamatory statements were made against Perlis mufti Dr Maza Asri Zainul Abidin, awarding him RM250,000 in damages. The court found only one of four contested statements met the legal threshold for defamation.
