High Court acquits preacher Muhammad Fathi Na'im of rape and sexual assault charges
The High Court in Klang has acquitted independent preacher Muhammad Fathi Na'im Mazlan of rape and sexual assault charges, discharging him without requiring a defence after the prosecution failed to establish its case.
