Man arrested in Singapore for obscene conduct and assaulting police officer
Singapore police arrested a 36-year-old man in Toa Payoh on Sunday after he committed an obscene act in a coffee shop and punched a police officer during his arrest. A 19-year-old officer sustained minor injuries.
