MISC Confirms Early-Stage Talks on Yinson Privatisation Bid at RM2.35 per Share
Malaysia's state-linked shipping company MISC has disclosed it is in early negotiations regarding a possible privatisation of floating production, storage and offloading operator Yinson Holdings, with an indicative valuation of RM2.35 per share under consideration.
