Intel commits €5 billion to expand Irish semiconductor hub amid AI boom
Intel is investing €5 billion to upgrade its Leixlip campus near Dublin, expanding production of advanced semiconductors for AI and computing. The investment will create several hundred jobs at the facility, which employs 4,900 people.
