Ho Chi Minh City police have dismantled a major trafficking operation involving drug-laced e-cigarettes, arresting 65 suspects including nationals from Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan. The network mixed the anaesthetic Etomidate into vaping liquid and sold to customers across Vietnam and abroad.
