Government Seeks to Overturn Bar's Court Challenge Over DNAA Decision in October 8 Hearing
The Attorney General and Deputy Prime Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi are mounting a legal challenge to overturn a court decision that ruled against the Malaysian Bar's attempt to challenge a DNAA (discharge not amounting to acquittal) decision, with hearings set for October 8.
