Malaysia's Public Health System Cuts Patient Wait Times Through Digital Transformation
Malaysia's health ministry is slashing patient waiting times at public clinics through cloud-based digital systems. Deputy Health Minister Datuk Hanifah Hajar Taib revealed that 81 per cent of patients now see medical officers within an hour.
